I do see Melody here cause of her bangs, great job on that! But I will have to say the shoulders arne't even and a little too small when compared to the neck and head. The crown needs to fit her head itself a little more, I cant' explain it seems a little low.
One thing you need to work on is your shakey lines. I find that if I make the lighter sketch and continue to darken the important lines then I do have smoother lines, also I notice if I just draw the line right away without hesitating on say a curve or even straight its much smoother. So try working on your confidence in how to make the lines.
Her tail is phenominally cool, great job it lines up well, and I just adore it its the best mermaid tail I've seen you make. Her hair looks great as well but I do like her ponytail....then agian every girl has to let her hair down once in a while!
Good job!

the Anatomy work is pretty good everything looks great, but the hands look kinda off, especially in the thump area.
the hair is done very well, but i would leave out the curl at the bottom so it gives more of a feel flow,
next, the saptor (i think that how you spell it...lol) could use a lil more work. its not was good as the rest of the piece and that really hurts the overall presentation of it. also, you may want to use a ruler to make sure that the line are stright. and again, but more detail in to the overall saptor, i had the problem too, were i would focus mainly on the charatcer and not on their clothes and etc.
and last, the overall presentation of the piece, other then what i already metioned, try and keep the piece clean, especially if you want to color it in editing programs like photoshop and etc, and really if you plan to use any other media as well.
